Carol is an experienced cyclist who is developing her skills in mountain biking. She often rides road and cyclocross but wanted to improve her trail skills. We did a two hour session at bedgebury practicing body position, trail features and line choice.
“It made quite a difference to have someone watching me riding some familiar trails and spotting where I could make improvements. Some changes on the lines I was taking, where I was looking and body position adjustments really helped.”
