Improve your mountain bike skills and fitness, learn at your own pace and meet other like-minded women in a friendly and encouraging environment.

10:00 – 11:30 Thursday mornings at Bedgebury Forest (except the 17th & 24th of Sept). £15 per session or £50 for a block of 4 sessions.

In these sessions we’ll be applying core mountain bike skills practice to different trail sections every week. Suitable for beginner and intermediate riders with a moderate level of fitness. Practice of core skills is designed to help you ride smoother and more safely. It’s also useful for experienced riders with no formal training to develop speed and efficiency.
